As a manufacturer of fire-rated door core and highly engineered panel products, Environ Biocomposites Mfg, LLC (EBM) is proud to be a leader in innovation, technology and sustainability.

EBM’s world class manufacturing facility is over 180,000 square feet and is located in Mankato, Minnesota. Flexible equipment design allows us to switch product manufacturing with minimal downtime. The plant is capable of producing over 40 million feet of ¾" basis composite material annually. The plant also uses state-of-the-art production methods, including low temperature drying that reduces the risk of fire, and utilizes fewer fossil fuel resources than conventional methods.

A growing trend in America, and throughout the world, is the demand for environmentally friendly alternatives in today’s marketplace. Our unique manufacturing process does not destroy trees; it utilizes recycled materials and abundant renewable agricultural resources.
